Steel sheet is checked for thickness and coating on receipt, and mill certificates are filed against the production batch.
In-process inspection
Dimensions, bend angles and weld integrity are measured against the approved sample at defined points on the line.
Pre-shipment check
Assembly trial, finish inspection and packing verification before the goods are released to the loading bay.
Records and documents
Measurement records and QC photos travel with the shipment; documents are prepared for your customs broker.

Compliance marks
Tell us which marks your market requires — EN 13724 for letterboxes is the most common request — and we confirm availability during quotation.
Warranty
Welded structures carry a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, honoured through replacement parts or credit.
Your inspector is welcome on the floor
Many of our buyers use SGS, BV or their own agent for pre-shipment inspection. We plan production so the inspection can happen on schedule, and share measurement data in advance so issues are caught early.
