Inside the CNCT plant
A 10,000+ m² sheet-metal plant in Jiangmen, Guangdong, running cutting, bending, welding and powder coating on a single site.
A plant built around repeat orders
Production is organised so that a repeat order can run on the same tooling, the same jigs and the same inspection sheet as the first shipment. That is what keeps the fifth container identical to the first.
- Raw material drawn from established steel mills with certificates on file
- Production planning that separates sampling from volume runs
- Assembly and packing lines sized for flat-pack garden products
- Loading bay with container loading plans prepared in advance
Process lines
Four in-house stages cover the whole product — nothing essential is subcontracted.
Laser cutting
Fibre laser cutting delivers clean edges and consistent geometry for sheet steel components.
CNC bending
Press brakes with digital tooling hold repeatable angles and radii across long production runs.
Welding
MIG and TIG stations with dedicated jigs for frames, panels and load-bearing structures.
Powder coating
Multi-stage pre-treatment followed by powder coating in your specified RAL colour.
Checks at four points, records for every batch
- Incoming material: thickness, coating and mill certificates
- In-process: dimensions and weld quality against the approved sample
- Pre-shipment: assembly trial, finish inspection, packing check
- Documentation: inspection records and photos sent before loading
Third-party inspection (SGS, BV or your nominated agent) is welcome at any stage — we schedule production so an inspector can attend.
