Parcel Boxes production process
Every parcel boxes is built through sheet-metal fabrication, forming, assembly and finishing in our Jiangmen plant.
1Laser Cutting
Sheet and parcel box panels are cut to the required dimensions, openings and mounting details.
2CNC Bending
Panels are formed into the body, front panel, doors and structural components of the parcel box.
3Welding & Structure Forming
Required joints, supports and mounting components are joined into a stable parcel box structure.
4Powder Coating & Baking
Suitable metal surfaces are powder coated and cured to the specified colour and outdoor finish.
5Assembly
Doors, locks, hinges and fittings are assembled according to the selected design.
6Quality Inspection & Packaging
Key dimensions, opening alignment, door operation, locks, surface appearance and packaging are checked before shipment.

Do you supply parcel boxes as an OEM/ODM partner or only from a stock range?
Both. Stock models can be private-labelled, and we build custom designs for brands, distributors and property projects — dimensions, access direction, lock type, finish and packaging are set per order, with CAD and STEP support.
What is your MOQ and what does the sampling process look like?
MOQ depends on the model and how far the design moves from our existing platforms, so trial orders and full container loads are both supported. Sampling runs on the approved drawing or reference sample, and the same sample becomes the inspection benchmark for mass production.
How is quality controlled before shipment?
Incoming material inspection, in-process checks on forming and welding, then pre-shipment inspection against the approved sample — door travel, locking function and powder-coat adhesion are checked per batch. Market-specific certificates are issued on request.
How are parcel boxes packed for container shipping?
Flat-packed in export cartons with fittings and instructions, palletised or loose-loaded to keep 40HQ density high. Private-label cartons, barcodes and retail-ready packaging are available on request.
